• All orders will be dispatched using the Royal Mail service or by an approved International courier service.
• All orders will require a signature on receipt of the goods.
• All reasonable attempts will be made to secure this and notification of the call will be left at the delivery address.
• Failure to collect the goods from the local distribution depot will result in the goods being eventually returned to the UK warehouse.
• In this instance Glenbrae will not be responsible for the cost of the return freight or for the refund of the initial delivery charge.
